Terms of use
The terms for using Lesson Follow-up.
Last updated 13 October 2026. Short on purpose. If anything here is unclear, write to me before you connect.
Who and what
Lesson Follow-up is provided by Ondřej Veverka, an English teacher in the Czech Republic (onrejveverka@gmail.com). It writes follow-up e-mails from your lesson notes, sends them from your Gmail after you have had time to read them, and keeps a Google Doc of lessons for each student. By connecting your Google account you agree to these terms.
Your account and your content
You connect your own Google account and you can disconnect it at any time. Your notes, your student list, the Docs and the e-mails are yours. You give the tool permission to use them only to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy policy.
What you are responsible for
- The e-mails are yours. They are sent from your address. Every draft sits in your Doc before it goes out, and you can change it or stop it. Please read what goes to your students: the drafts are written with the help of an AI model and can be wrong.
- Your students' details. You enter only students you teach, with addresses you are allowed to write to, and you tell them you use the tool.
- Fair use. The tool is for following up lessons you taught. It must not be used for advertising, bulk mail or anything unlawful.
Early access
The tool is in early access. During this period it is free, it may change, and it may be unavailable at times. I will tell connected teachers by e-mail before introducing a price; nothing is charged without your agreement.
No guarantee, limited liability
I build and run the tool with care, but it is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it is free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect loss, such as a missed or mistaken e-mail. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.
Ending
You can stop at any time by disconnecting Lesson Follow-up in your Google Account (Security, third-party apps with account access). I may end or suspend access if the tool is misused or if I stop offering it, and I will give notice where I reasonably can. What happens to your data afterwards is described in the privacy policy.
Changes and law
If these terms change in a way that matters, I will tell connected teachers by e-mail before the change applies. These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
